AOD was formed in 1992, in Chesapeake VA. The four original members Robbie Horton, his brother Jaymz Horton, frontman Chris Wallace and bassist Ricky Dozier, quickly took the music they loved to the public. The Sepultura style guitar riffs, with the thunderous drum beats were no match for anyone else locally. The sound and live performance got the guys a name real fast.

In the years to follow, AOD took more time to create their personal sound. Once again hitting the local scene in 98, with the heaviest sound VA. has heard playing non stop shows to build their fan base. AOD went right into the studio to record their first full length demo cd entitled 'RETALIATE'. On the release date of the cd, the guys signed a one year contract with RedRum Records. Playing shows in New York to Florida and all over VA., the band has played with many national acts such as Morbid Angel, Deicide, Nothing Face, Jungle Rot, Rare Form, Goat Whore and Mortican.

In 2000 AOD parted ways with RedRum Records, due to personal differences and started their own label. After a long road together bassist Rik D. calls it quits. Long time roadie and guitar tech Steve McPeeks joins in to fill the spot.

In 2002, the band loses another member. Lead guitar player Robbie Horton left the band leaving the remaining original two members Chris and Jaymz, and new bassist Steve to continue to play and write new music that is sure to be ass stomping and as brutal as ever.
